I tired to call ahead and book a hair cut and they wouldn’t take my reservation and was asked to call and book an hour ahead of when I wanted to go. Called back and they couldn’t take me because it was too busy. And the lady was rude on the phone
I’ve been coming to Tommy Gun’s about every two weeks for roughly five years and have been seeing the same barber for the past year. She’s excellent, knows my hair well, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The one piece of genuine feedback I have is about the Tommy Gun’s app. I like being able to select the service and barber I want and see the available times, but the booking system does not appear to work while the shop is closed. came in around 3:15pm told that it would be a 20-25 minute wait. went upstairs and people who came in before us were called in and left. We didn’t get in until 4:00pm this is absolutely ridiculous service

Professional, friendly, and highly skilled. I truly appreciate your work and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this barber to anyone looking for quality service!
