Vanessa was great. I had to try a new barber/stylist for the first time in 5 years as Maryanne moved away. (She was fantastic as well). The Spruce Grove Tommy Guns friendly staff has always provided great service and an amazing environment. I highly recommend them and suggest that you can simply drop in and feel confident that whomever you get will ensure that you have a great experience and walk out with a great haircut as well. TJ

After another salon cancelled hair cut appointments for my son & I with very little notice, I ended up just bringing my son over to Tommy Gunns to get his hair cut at least since they specialize in boys cuts. After telling them my appointment got cancelled, the receptionist was nice enough to arrange for me to get a womans cut with one of the stylists who is also great at doing ladies hair as well. I’m disappointed with my experience at Tommy Gun’s today. I booked and paid for the Haircut & Beard Trim package. While I was still in the chair and the haircut was not finished, I asked the barber to take approximately another ¼ inch off the sides. I was not asking for a completely different haircut—just a small adjustment to the haircut I was already receiving.
