The service was great until I got my hair cut last time from a girl with big glasses. Absolutely butchered my fade. Then went in a week ago. Early morning it was her and an apprentice. Stated I just wanted a trim cause I didn’t want to risk it. And yet again she absolutely destroyed my hair. I asked her for a trim and she had no idea how to do it. I'll give them credit for the haircut I walked out with. I do like how my hair was cut and styled. I just found that the last few times I went, including this last visit today, I happen to go while they are busy and they cut some things short. I didn't get a scalp massage and the hot towel was placed for less than 10 seconds. I have had many visits with them over the years and I know how the services used to be done. Tommy Gun's is always good!
I love the service, Tvs in the mirror, arcade, the washing part. Everything is actually very very good. In my own words, you should go there.
Absolutely love this location! All of the staff are great people, it is always a welcoming atmosphere, and my go-to barber, Tiffany, is an amazing human being!
