My wife brought our kids here and had a decent experience. While she was there she saw guys having their beards trimmed and being pampered a bit. She recommended I go check it out. I had high expectations. They were not met. It felt rushed, impersonal and it didn't feel like my money/time was valued. There was essentially zero customer experience. I went to Tommy Guns today. I walked in and asked if I could get a haircut and she said yes. I have been going here for over 4 years and it is the best place to go to for a professional haircut. I sat down in the chair and Tonya was the one who served me today and she did an EXCELLENT JOB. You can tell she knew just what to do how when and where. She was very nice kind friendly and knowledgeable. I live about 45 minutes away and it's worth the trip. Anyone needs a haircut this is the place to go.
