There is no service at this location. It is the worst branch. They constantly lie about calls they claim to have made, about appointment times, pricing, and other details. There is simply no service here. Barbers are ok (Dima amazing). Management not even close .
I had made an appointment with Gloria on line, when I arrived I was told she was to busy with walk-ins and could another barber help me. What is the point of making an appointment if they don't honor it? They advertised hair shampoo and hot towel as part of the service, it was not offered. My first and last time at Tommy Gun.
Shitty spot. Not even know how to line up a beard. Plus they be showing attitude
Sahil was very skilled for having just 2 years experience. He listened to what I wanted and made sure to communicate through the cut. Great experience.
They didn't use a hair dryer.not good response at this location.
