The service was great until I got my hair cut last time from a girl with big glasses. Absolutely butchered my fade. Then went in a week ago. Early morning it was her and an apprentice. Stated I just wanted a trim cause I didn’t want to risk it. And yet again she absolutely destroyed my hair. I asked her for a trim and she had no idea how to do it. I'll give them credit for the haircut I walked out with. I do like how my hair was cut and styled. I just found that the last few times I went, including this last visit today, I happen to go while they are busy and they cut some things short. I didn't get a scalp massage and the hot towel was placed for less than 10 seconds. I have had many visits with them over the years and I know how the services used to be done.
