It’s quite sad to have to leave a mediocre review. If you advocate for yourself and your time this office will no longer see you and family members. All was well with some hiccups along the way. We had to get the office manager involved when: 1. The first PA and his staff was not responding to the pharmacy for refills. Doctors put patients on medication for a reason. But when you are left with empty bottles for weeks and they do not adequately respond in the portal there is a problem. So we had to speak with admin. 2. Paperw... read more

I appreciate how quickly he reviews test results and takes the time to share his thoughts clearly. His approachable style and professionalism make it easy to trust his guidance. Overall, he provides excellent care and a great patient experience.
I have been coming to Dr. Duncan for about 10 years. He is a great Dr and is kind and considerate. He listens to my issues and supports my decisions about my healthcare. He is knowledgeable about his field and will make appropriate referrals when he can. I cannot sing enough praises for him or his staff and the care they provide
