Just had my furnace replaced by my home warranty and tommy was the contractor. As skeptical I was with home warranty. Tommy did an excellent job and would 100% recommend him to anyone. He always called me with updates and let me know when I had to call my home warranty to give them more info so he could complete his job. 10/10. 5+ Years later, still highly recommend him.
We have used him for a few years and the outcome is always the same…very satisfied!!!
Tom is helpful, kind, honest, knowledgeable, and punctual. He is not trying to upsell you or over charge for his services. It is so hard to find someone these days who is local and takes the time to explain things to you, cares about their work, and is trustworthy. I would highly recommend Tommy D’s.
Tech came to my home through my home warranty service to replace my condenser fan motor. Then he told me that my coil and air filter were dirty and needed to be cleaned. Then he told me that my system is low on refrigerant. Mind you, you cannot get a accurate reading on a system that has a dirty coil and filter but yet he continued by charging my system with additional when I never had a leak or issue with refrigerant levels before. Tommy D’s has been our HVAC technician through Cinch Warranty. They work great with our warranty company and update through them as soon as they update us. Tommy has serviced both of my HVAC systems since buying homes. He always goes above and beyond when fixing issues, by checking out the whole system beyond the repair.
