Tech came to my home through my home warranty service to replace my condenser fan motor. Then he told me that my coil and air filter were dirty and needed to be cleaned. Then he told me that my system is low on refrigerant. Mind you, you cannot get a accurate reading on a system that has a dirty coil and filter but yet he continued by charging my system with additional when I never had a leak or issue with refrigerant levels before. Tommy D’s has been our HVAC technician through Cinch Warranty. They work great with our warranty company and update through them as soon as they update us. Tommy has serviced both of my HVAC systems since buying homes. He always goes above and beyond when fixing issues, by checking out the whole system beyond the repair. Very thankful for him and his team over the last few years of being a homeowner. Thanks Tommy & Cindy!
Fantastic service! Our AC went out this morning and they told us the earliest they could get here would be Sunday, but called later today when they had an opening. Took care of us quickly and got things back up and running.
For those of you who are with AHS and are required to use Tommy D’s be sure not to leave any negative reviews. If you do, he will call you on it (as he did with me) and then refuse to come to your home ever again. I now wait for a week plus to get service from AHS because he is their only HVAC repairman in the area. Just a warning. This is how Tommy punishes you. Quite professional.
