On Friday, 6/27/25, at 10:33 am, I received a call from "Francis" offering a random unsolicited quote. When I answered, the person on the other end said, 'Hi Donna, this is Francis with State Farm'. My response was 'you greeted me by my first name as if you knew me...'. Without any other comment or remark, she hung up.
