Worst agent I’ve ever had.. When I bought my camper I called at 2pm in a Tuesday and no one answered even customer service couldn’t get him to answer, so I had to get a completely different agent for that. Now I got hit with a bill for $666 when I made no changes to the policy. I’ve called, texted, and emailed. No reply. One more thing tried to get a quote for a car we bought and I called everyday for a week and they kept telling me computer were down and they would call me back once they got running.
