Amazing !! I was in an accident (pretty bad) Last year. I thought my Kia Soul was lost to me and I LOVE my car. USAA sent me to Quality Collision Repair. I thought no way could they fix "Scarlett" and have it drive like the nearly new vehicle was. I was wrong. They made her like new and a year later I just got a follow up call from Theresa (who is just as amazing !) I recently was hit by another car in Melbourne Beach, which caused my BRAND NEW car to be destroyed!! I was so devastated. A friend recommended Tommy Blair Quality Collision Repair because I am new to the area and had no clue who to go to. I am SO thankful that she did! They did an EXCELLENT job. My car didn't even look this good when I drove it off the lot. They got me in the same day I called and had my car back to me in tip top shape. Tommy Blair's "Quality" Collision was very disappointing. We took our Nissan 350Z there for painting of the rear hatch due to a chemical spill because of the 5 star reviews, but found there is a lot more to consider than a business' reviews. The quality of work, attention to basic details, confidence that billed services were performed were absolutely lacking from our experience.
