Rude office workers. My mom went inside to get some papers signed and came back to the vehicle crying with tears rolling down her face. I'm not sure what they said to her, but we will not be going back here, and I will be following up with a complaint and to find out what happened. This wasn't the first time it's happened to her here, but it's the first time she's actually cried.
