My review has nothing to do with the store or personnel at Mall of America. Good service and good people. It's the merchandise!. I take care of my clothes and as I live in western South Dakota, the majority of my Tommy Bahama clothing is worn only in the summer and perhaps a week in Florida. I have noticed the color coming off the collars of some shirts which is distressing. I called the customer service number and was told that is considered "normal wear and tear" after a year. WHAT? I stopped into Tommy Bahama to shop for a work conference in California. The dress code was resort casual. Janice was so incredibly helpful and sweet! She helped me find some amazing dresses and a few very versatile jackets to wear. I felt so comfortable and confident while in California! I wish I could thank her personally! Definitely will be back and will be LOVING my purchases I made for a very long time!
