I am a long-time Tommy Bahama customer who spends several thousand dollars annually with the brand. This visit was my first attempt at an in-person retail experience, and it was a significant disappointment. I dealt with an employee named Sawyer regarding a return. He was extremely unprofessional and insisted that I provide physical tags for the items, even though I to present a physical copy of my recent online order. I had a fantastic experience at Tommy Bahama MOA! Sara and Dave were so friendly and helped with everything I needed during my visit. They made a return and warranty a breeze to do. I ended up buying more than I planned to as there was so many great options with superb service. Dave was wearing a cool shirt and when I asked if they still sell it he proceeded to take off the shirt to look up the tag details and found me 1 left to order online. Outstanding job!!
Had a great experience finding a shirt for my dad for Christmas! Manager Sawyer was helpful, kind, thoughtful and funny :)
