I had a fantastic experience at Tommy Bahama MOA! Sara and Dave were so friendly and helped with everything I needed during my visit. They made a return and warranty a breeze to do. I ended up buying more than I planned to as there was so many great options with superb service. Dave was wearing a cool shirt and when I asked if they still sell it he proceeded to take off the shirt to look up the tag details and found me 1 left to order online. Outstanding job!!

My review has nothing to do with the store or personnel at Mall of America. Good service and good people. It's the merchandise!. I take care of my clothes and as I live in western South Dakota, the majority of my Tommy Bahama clothing is worn only in the summer and perhaps a week in Florida. I have noticed the color coming off the collars of some shirts which is distressing. I called the customer service number and was told that is considered "normal wear and tear" after a year. WHAT?
