I had my initial chapter 13 consultation and 2nd call with Mr. Tommy Andrews and it went well. However, the next steps he had turned me over to someone on his team and it pretty much went downhill. The person handling my case wasn’t at all prepared when my phone appointments with her. I don’t think she read my file or even picked it up until we were in the phone call.
