Michael did a fantastic job fixing our plumbing problems, made lots of good suggestions and answered all of our questions, very helpful!
My hot water stopped working and I called Tommie's Plumbing to come out and determine the issue. The techs that came out were very polite but that is the only good thing from my experience with Tommie's Plumbing. I was informed that our tankless hot water heater needed to be replaced because the combustion chamber was bad. They provided 3 estimates ranging from $5500.00 up to 6500.00. Called and set up an appt for what I thought would be a not to difficult service call. No problem with the up front charge to come out for assessment and hopefully an uneventful quick fix. What I don’t understand is after being at my residence for an hour all I get from wife was a text saying the repair wasn’t done and instead was an itemized statement lying on the kitchen counter breaking down prices for a new water heater, installation, replacing piping, replacing outside faucets, some VIP monthly package, and a partridge ... read more
