After a visit for a repair of a water line I was disappointed. After I stated that the estimate was beyond anything i have ever seen. I may add that I was a general contractor for 40 years. I did ask them to dig where the leak was but they insisted to bring in a 2500 dollar excavator to dig what would have been an 18 inch deep hole with a shovel . They did not want to do apparently things that were more reasonable. I hope that businesses like this are exposed as taking advantage of home owners. One more thing their response ... read more
