Dr.Simon and his office staff were by far the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my 20 or more years working with doctors offices. They got me in on an emergency referral and treated me like a VIP. He has the best advice and answered all my questions and concerns. His staff as well. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Simon has been my Dr. For 3+ yrs. He listens to your concerns, and always follow up. He is quick to get you back to a room but allows enough time between patients to visit with you and to seek out your problems. I wish more Dr. 's could be like him!
Dr. Simon is a very good and caring dr. I have absolutely zero complaints about him and his staff. I definitely recommend him. He went over everything in detail and made sure I understood.
the doctor walked in as if annoyed by something, asked why I was there and proceeded to inform me that I had a diagnosis I had never been told before. without explaining anything he said he couldn't treat me because I was obviously not willing to accept the diagnosis since it was not what I was expecting then without explaining or answering any questions he proceeded to explain to me why I wasted my time and doctors time and put my self at risk getting a brain tumor removed earlier that year. he condescendingly explained tha... read more
His bias towards me and lack of attention to detail cost my diagnosis and treatment being delayed 2 years. It was Ehlers-Danlos and Spondyloarthritis, moderate-severe in my lumbar spine. Not Fibromyalgia. He put me down as a drug seeker when I said the medications he was giving me either didn't work or caused too bad of side effects. Turns out I have poor and intermediate metabolizing enzymes in my liver that causes a lot of problems with the way my body processes medications. Im not a drug seeker.
