Dr. Simon is a very good and caring dr. I have absolutely zero complaints about him and his staff. I definitely recommend him. He went over everything in detail and made sure I understood.
the doctor walked in as if annoyed by something, asked why I was there and proceeded to inform me that I had a diagnosis I had never been told before. without explaining anything he said he couldn't treat me because I was obviously not willing to accept the diagnosis since it was not what I was expecting then without explaining or answering any questions he proceeded to explain to me why I wasted my time and doctors time and put my self at risk getting a brain tumor removed earlier that year. he condescendingly explained tha... read more
His bias towards me and lack of attention to detail cost my diagnosis and treatment being delayed 2 years. It was Ehlers-Danlos and Spondyloarthritis, moderate-severe in my lumbar spine. Not Fibromyalgia. He put me down as a drug seeker when I said the medications he was giving me either didn't work or caused too bad of side effects. Turns out I have poor and intermediate metabolizing enzymes in my liver that causes a lot of problems with the way my body processes medications. Im not a drug seeker. I was seeing Dr.Simon 5yrs. He knew I had elhers danlos syndrome and act like it was a made up illness! Removed me from seeing my records on the portal. Tons of wasted money to be blown off by him and his wife! Never did I ask for pain meds I just want to be able to live my life day to day with out dying inside
Horrible bedside manner! He talked to me like I was a 3 year old who needed to go to timeout. Scheduler was very nice, along with the nurse who called with lab results. Front receptionist was rude! I won’t ever go back there!
