I don't know WHY these things work -- I just know they DO work. I was skeptical, but so many in my family had success using them that I decided to give them a try. I bought one for my right knee, which had a torn meniscus, and could not BELIEVE the relief it gave me. Now my foot is waking me up at night with pain, so I tried my sister's foot support Tommie Copper, and I SLEPT ALL NIGHT last night. I am ordering a pair of those today! These things are unbelievable! If you have arthritis, give them a try.
I have been wearing my Tommie Copper shirt every time I play golf and I have been relieved of the shoulder pain that I typically experience. I have recommended Tommie Copper to many of my golfing buddies and they are now sold as well. I bought an additional shirt so one is always dry - I wash them in the shower and usually they are dry overnight.

When I first saw the info-mercail about the Tommie Copper products, I was quite skeptical about their performance. However, after dealing with a bad knee and ankle for 20 years that left me practically unable to walk some days, I decided to get the ankle and knee sleeves. Within an hour, both sites felt remarkably better. The discomfort has not totally disappeared, but I am able to function at a level I never thought possible.

I felt the affect immediately. In the beginning I would use it for work and for just being around the house. It's done such a good job I barely use it at work. I mostly just use the gloves now when I'm at home on the computer. Great stuff! I recommend it to anyone that asks and am looking into purchasing a sleeve for my knee for running
This has changed my life I now can walk long distances pain free. My knees have been swollen for the last couple of years. Wearing tommie Copper knee garments have resulted in my knees going from a 19 to 18 inches.
