Not sure about the Italian food, but Captain's D has better seafood. Wait for food was long after we ordered. Salad bar had to be a day or two old. They charged my 6 & 10 year Olds for adult meals. The onion rings were the same thin onions cut for pizza. You couldn't pick them up, you had to twirl them around your fork like a spaghetti noodle. Never again.
My family and I ate here for dinner worse food we had in along time the pasta taste like it was over cooked and reheated and the pizza was horrible we compained when we checked out and the server ignored us so we called when we got back home and talked to the manager the server said we ate half the pizza but the 3 peices that was msising only had 1 or 2 bites missing took awhile but the manager finaly agreed to take half the pizza off our bill...biggest waste of 50 bucks ever when we got home our sandwitches tasted like heav... read more
The food is okay, but the service was bad. The food came to our table at different times, my kids were done eating before I even had my food.
Don't waste your money! – Never Again!!! I am a regular customer and the pizza is usually great but tonite It took 10 different plates to get one clean one. Mentioned dirty plates to manager and did not even get an apology. Will not be back!
Never again – I made an order to go, when I arrived at the given time the order was not ready. Fifteen minutes later I received my order, which was incomplete. I had to wait another fifteen minutes for my order. There was not an apology. I will not eat there again. It did not look very clean at all.
Tommaso's Italian Grill – Went there for dinner and lunch was still sitting out for customers. Salad bar was the same, everything had been sitting out apparently all day long, lettuce was black and brown in several spots. The dinner, was bad. The steak was over cooked and bland. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Family owned or not, they do not seem to care about the food.
Zero Stars! – We went there for lunch. Their buffet is a joke. It consisted of a few strands of spaghetti sitting and ziti sitting in water and many unfilled empty containers. There was not even enough pasta for the both of us to fix our plates. Not even enough toppings to make a good salad. And pizza? they put out one pie at a time and it was quickly picked up by diners.
