It was a pleasure to be greeted by Michael in such caring and professional manner whilst servicing my gas log heater. He did a great job and gave me some helpful maintenance advice. Karen was so friendly and accommodating when booking in my service and notifying me on the day when Michael was about to arrive at my home.
