In my personal experience, this third grade agent was one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. He rewind me. He rushed through every conversation, provided misleading information, and showed a complete inability to communicate clearly. Half the time he spoke gibberish, as if he didn’t understand basic English or the details of the products he claimed to know. This agent shows a shocking lack of knowledge and an incredibly weak understanding of even the most basic information. He stumbles through conversations, rushes every explanation, and delivers misleading statements that make no sense. Most of what he says sounds like pure gibberish, as if he cannot process or communicate simple English at a professional level.

As a senior, I deeply regret ever requesting service from this individual- DOUGLAS TOMLINSON. In my personal opinion, his service was disgraceful, his attitude was nasty, and his behavior showed a shocking level of ignorance.
