We worked with Diane. She was recommended to us and now we know why. Diane listened carefully. She understood our disappointment (with our current policy from a different agency), understood why we were disappointed, discussed possible options, discussed our insurance needs, then found us a policy that fit our needs. It was that simple.
We have had many occasions to require help in sorting out the various questions we've had regarding the multiple insurance plans we carry at our age.
