Have been coming to Stewart for the last couple of years. He’s always so lovely to deal with and explains exactly what needs to be done. Goes above and beyond - sending photos to make sure I understand what’s going on. As a woman, would absolutely recommend to friends, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks!

Takes too long for simple jobs and foes not communicate his delay. When doesn't have the correct tools, buys the tool without consultation and charges you 100% for the tool. No offer to pass on said item to you or an option to go somewhere else. He mucked my son around also. Kept his car for over a week and only did a diagnosis, despite my son expecting the car to be fixed. He may know his trade. I can't vouch for that part.

I had an error message flashing on my car's digital display and when I drove to their workshop it was almost closing time for the day. Stuart was kind enough to stay back and help to diagnose the problem and and offered to stay back until I could drive around the block and see if the problem recurs. He was kind enough to advise with what future actions were to be taken in order to resolve the problem. Very helpful.
