I would not recommend Tomcat Automotive to anyone. My friend brought their vehicle in for a simple idle air learn procedure, was charged seventy dollars, and was told it couldn't be done and that they needed to make a separate appointment. Frustrated, I decided to try it myself, ordered a thirty-five-dollar scanner online, and completed the procedure perfectly in just a few minutes using a free phone app. Their service was a complete waste of time and money.
I went to get my trucks front lights fixed. First of all they cherged me trople the cost of front bulbs and on top of it they charged me tax in 4 times in the same bill. When I asked they have no answer to that. They didnt even offer me refund. Its a rip off.
Good choice for getting your vehicle serviced, the other a lot of different services. Try them out, they just might be the race your looking for.
Honest and friendly
I had a problem with my truck when I was in Grand Forks and luckily decided to bring it in to Tomkat. I was expecting a large repair but was surprised when the cost came in much lower. They were prompt and more than fair. Grand Forks is lucky to have a shop like this in town!!
