Tomi Saved the Day!! I called Tomi yesterday after my Handy house cleaner cancelled and hour before she was supposed to arrive. (No call, just an email and a text--luckily I was checking my email at the time). After talking with a couple unhelpful managers, I had to call around Seattle. Luckily Tomi had some time on short notice (and on New Year's Eve no less) and came on time and cleaned quickly and efficiently. She didn't mind that I was here, and did not need any supervision.
