I only use the pool. Its busy so sometimes theres a wait, sometines its empty. Shower area is pretty grungy with soap scum. Water pressure and shower heads not that great. Locker rooms and restrooms are nice and clean. Sauna is not always hot. What I've seen of the gym areas looks good.
