Poor communication and customer service. The job they did replacing my windshield was even worse. Less than 2 months after the windshield was replaced, the bottom molding clips that attach to the windshield were no longer attached, and a crack appeared. After taking the car back, I was told that the molding wasn’t a big deal, and that something hit my windshield (nothing hit my windshield).
