Came to my house on Mother's day Sunday and put my bumper on my Cadillac back on. Great job and great service!
My main contacts were Reanna and Andrew. Both were always competent and helpful. Andrew sent me an update weekly. My car was put back together with detail and OEM Subaru parts. It was returned to me cleaned. The insurance company that I have was a pain for me and Andrew to work with. He got it taken care of. Zero complaints from me on Tomes collision center, they were honest and performed well. This was a body shop repair.
So full disclosure, I personally am a vendor for Tomes Collision Center. I am however leaving this review for my 95yr old grandfather who had been in an accident in his brand new Toyota Camry. He took it to Tomes Collision Center and was greeted by ReAnna, and that's when his unfortunately experience took a turn for the better. She was extremely welcoming, knowledgable about the process, and immediately got him checked in and even had his rental car company on site ready to pick him up.
