Great experience from start to finish. The car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off both inside and out, which was a nice touch. Lane was easy to work with throughout: he answered every question I had and always returned calls or got back to me quickly. Even after the repair was done, any concerns I raised were addressed promptly, including one that ended up being unrelated to the repair itself. Would definitely recommend.
Highly recommend Times Collision Center! They did a fabulous job on my car. The team was so helpful from start to finish. Lane kept me updated through every phase of my repair. Brianna at the front was helpful with my rental car and scheduling process. I received the highest level of service and my car looks brand new.
