I want to give a huge shoutout to ReAnna at Tomes Auto Collision & Repair for the outstanding customer service she provided! I showed up super early for my appointment, and they were able to get me in and out quickly. I also had an important conference call to take while I was there, and ReAnna went above and beyond by putting me in an office so I could take my call without any distractions. Hats off to Brandon Tomes Subaru Service Dept. in McKinney! Late last month I was unable to start my car due to wheel lock. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, the service dept. sent Dennis to my location (3:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon), and he fixed the problem right away! No charge. Following up, I took my car to the service dept. for an inspection, which was done while I waited, and, again, no charge. This is truly exceptional service!

Living Word Church and the Delight Women's Ministry would like to give a huge shout out and THANK YOU to Brandon Tomes with Tomes Auto Group in McKinney for coming to our rescue and being such a blessing when one of our church vans was down the day before our annual ladies trip to Branson! The hospitality and care that was shown by all who were involved in getting us on the road was more than a blessing from God!
