Response to your response: It is unfortunate to see that all your practice cares about is “being right” and having the last word. You clearly know the truth and know that I only spoke with your front desk and a manager was supposed to call me back. There is no vm system so of course I spoke with someone… what point do you think you proved by that? I’m really disappointed to have to change my review of this office. I truly thought they were honest and helpful, but this experience proved otherwise. I had my wisdom teeth removed here and made it very clear that I needed full transparency about costs. I asked multiple times before my surgery and even called my insurance to confirm coverage.
