Two days after they SUPPOSEDLY cleaned my carpet they just didn't appear to be cleaned. My carpet is 1-1/2 yrs old. So I cleaned a small room with my Bissell to see for myself. I couldn't believe the dirty water I was getting. I knew they didn't do it. He came in with a "padded floor buffer"!! Not hooked to anything??? Oh yeah...He will make you a deal if you pay CASH!!! I called him and naturally no return call. The ole saying.."You get what you pay for"!!! Do not waste your time or trust him.
The air duct cleaning technician was very friendly and efficient. He advised me on options that saved money rather than just blindly charging a fixed rate. Highly recommended.
