Dr. Tomchak was my primary physician for more than 25 years, and I was so sad to see that he moved from my area but happy that he will get to be near more of his family. He refuses to follow Medicare guidelines and does not offer the appropriate Medicare screenings for prevention. Major health issues were missed due to him and his staff. The purpose of these screenings is to catch major issues when no symptoms are present and the person is well (hence PREVENTION) or at the very least early detection. He and his staff do not offer these screenings even though they are Medicare guidelines and Medicare instructs them to offer them.

Dr. Tomchak is a very caring doctor who listens intently to everything you say before making a diagnosis. He has never been wrong with a diagnosis for me and has amazingly diagnosed uncommon illnesses. I thoroughly trust this doctor with my life.
