I got my 20th anniversary edition Volkswagen GTI (2003) on new years day in 2006. I needed to get my seat belt replaced and when I called, they gave me a reasonable quote and got me on the schedule for Saturday. I was planning on waiting because I didnt have a ride home and the owner was kind enough to offer a vehicle if I needed to run errands. He was very hospitable and made me feel welcome. While they were fixing my seat belt he noticed one of the wires to my speaker box was almost severed off and offered to fix it free of charge! Bill and the team took great care of me! My estimate from insurance was originally to use aftermarket parts but Bill put the foot down and said “no way, with a car this new you need OEM stuff” and he got me the OEM parts! He was very accommodating given my circumstances and went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. Cannot recommend Bill and his team enough!!

Tomcat Collision was referred to me by my insurance company after I had a rear end collision with an oak tree. I called them and they made the arrangements to have the car towed. Bill kept me updated on the progress of the work being done and was so helpful. When the repairs were completed, my car was delivered to my front door. Who does that nowadays?
