I got my 20th anniversary edition Volkswagen GTI (2003) on new years day in 2006. I needed to get my seat belt replaced and when I called, they gave me a reasonable quote and got me on the schedule for Saturday. I was planning on waiting because I didnt have a ride home and the owner was kind enough to offer a vehicle if I needed to run errands. He was very hospitable and made me feel welcome. While they were fixing my seat belt he noticed one of the wires to my speaker box was almost severed off and offered to fix it free of charge! Tomcat Collision was referred to me by my insurance company after I had a rear end collision with an oak tree. I called them and they made the arrangements to have the car towed. Bill kept me updated on the progress of the work being done and was so helpful. When the repairs were completed, my car was delivered to my front door. Who does that nowadays?
