Front desk is unfriendly, apathetic and complains about how busy she is. Unless she's prepared to listen to patients complain about their pain and discomfort, and how long they've had to wait for an appointment, she should take her complaints to her employer.
So the hospital in Cornwall did not x ray my moms wrist after her accident in March, even though she was complaining about pain and finally in May after many physio sessions her physiotherapist is checking her wrist and tells her that she thinks it might be broken. My mom goes to the hospital where they confirm there is in fact a break and refers her to Dr Tombler for a Orthopaedic Consult. I had him knee replacement and for broken hip,,,,the best Dr,ever I will ALWAYS have him for orthopédic surgery ,, very human too ,,talk to you just if your family ,,,
