Very bad customer service, I called to reschedule my mother's appointment and the lady just canceled my appointment with a bad attitude and hung up on me. I called again and another lady told me that she couldn't reschedule my mother's appointment and she hung up on me. They treated me with a bad attitude after my mother has been a customer for about a year. And it’s not even the first time this happened.
