The owner is a rude, aggressive, grumpy old POS. He doesn’t hesitate to get real emotional and start threatening and giving ultimatums because you’ve irritated him/her slightly. He whines about the gate not being closed after every time you pass through, but hasn’t put in an automated gate. He has no customer service skill or patience. I made sure to move out before writing this review because I do t know what the petty repricussions might be. I’d not recommend this place to anyone, friend or foe

This is the worst storage unit we’ve ever had business with. We went to get our things out of the unit called the # listed and asked for the lock code on gate gave us 2 codes to use neither worked. (Waisted our gas and time) and that wasn’t for first time we called in advance and was given the wrong lock code! So I guess they randomly change the locks on the gates but don’t bother to send out an email and let anyone know. It would help if they had someone to call after hours god forbid!
