Tomball Medical Registration must be the very worst run business's I have ever come across. AMY there refused to give me the correct address to go to to drop-off carbon copies of my doctors referrals for me and my wife. She outright LIED about not having access to my insurance companies notification website, and said there was no FAX to be found there...My doctors office says differently and have a PROOF OF DELIVERY.
