I took my 2003 Ford Escape for recall service. Jim was my service adviser and he was great! Although i wish it didn’t take over 24 hours for my car to be ready, I can understand why.

Avoid calling because the person who answers the phone will forward you to people's desk that they know aren't there and will even hang up on you as well even when you call more than once. They also don't want to hear your concerns and dismiss things when brought up to their attention. But hey what do we know we are just the customer. . . .

Unless you don’t need your car for about two weeks, do not take it to this dealership. The short story is, I made an appointment with them and dropped off my vehicle. You would think if you made an appointment they would be ready to service your vehicle that is not the case. My vehicle sat in total for about a week and a half waiting to be worked on.

I really like the proficient service and how you can watch servicing of your vehicle from upstairs. Its great to have video games in case you have kiddos with you along w/café. And the massaging chairs were awesome! I wish I could take one home with me. 😆 Tomball Ford really thought this through and was an amazing experience! 👍

My lighting wouldn't charge. They found the issue and rodents ate the charging components. I am in the process of traveling out of state and paying for my father's funeral. I am low on funds with all the expenses. They said I can use BDS. Which is 315 dollar fee. I asked for photos and the old parts as I am doing an insurance claim. My insurance company went there and then agreed on a lower price with the service team than what was quoted to me. Jason told me all that will be owed is the deductible.
