LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Service part of this location is amazing!!! They helped me and came through! Had my car fixed due to a recall within the same day!!!! Total lifesavers! Called spring and tried to get it done there since it’s close to me but they were horrible! TOMBALL is worth the drive! I will come to this location from now on for ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!
I came to pick up my car after declining a service and notified them on Friday i would be picking up on monday. Before arriving, i got a text saying my car was ready. When I received my car it was still torn apart. The service manager it seem apologetic at all and the manager over the mechanics did not apologize to me or acknowledged me at all and I find that very rude. Also will not be coming back or buying a vehicle from tomball ford again.
Had my 2012 Expedition taken in to be service for stalling. They did a great job diagnosing the problem and repairing it. Jason at the service desk was courteous and professional. The reason for only 2 stars is the cost. They replaced 2 sensors to fix the issue. Charged me 4.5 hours of labor time. Both sensors take no longer than 30 minutes to replace. Id have been ok with being charged a full hour for each. But at roughly $228/hr labor rate. That adds up with parts costing well north of $1k for repairs. I would have taken i... read more
