I brought my truck in for a manufacturer recall, expecting a straightforward visit. Instead, I left with a check engine light that wasn’t there before. Great experience this past week. Very efficient and convenient.
I would give this service center zero stars if I could. After spending almost $7,000 on repairs, I had to bring the vehicle back after being "finished" about many times. They improperly installed a brand new sun roof and the cowl. They messed up the cords to my camera I had installed to where I could no longer even plug the camera in, then when they fixed this issue they didnt attach the headliner right and the cords fell down. My family has bought vehicles through Jana for YEARS and we have recommended her to several other families and friends, however I will NEVER send another person to this dealership due to the service department alone. My vehicle is 5 months old and has a leak, we scheduled service online and now we are being told that they cannot get to it today and we will need to leave it there for a few days... but yet they can't get us a rental car because they don't have any available. Jim was honest and practical. It was nice that he only sold the boot kit instead of trying to sell a whole driveshaft when it wasn’t needed. That kind of integrity is appreciated.
