I placed an order through 1-800-Flowers that was fullfilled by Tomball Flowers. It arrived late (after the funeral), the container was a cheap white plastic bucket, and the roses fell to pieces. I expected to have beautiful flowers arrive on time for my mother’s funeral, and got neither.
I haven’t interacted with them, but the arrangement I just received from them was literally one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen.
Website is about as user friendly as a rabid badger. If the rest of the business is like this...RUN!!!!
