Great Staff, Great Doctors, Great Experience, just above and beyond and that's just the beginning of how great they are.
My wife has seen Dr. Whiteley who is a kind and helpful practitioner. TODAY 9/9/25 @ (11am)however, was not it. The receptionist leaves much to be desired from. Not one of the staff expressed any sort of empathy or friendliness towards patients. We sat for 1 hour. The first 20 min I noticed the radio station be out of tune with loud satic, i informed the young lady, her response was "it has its moments" and dis nothing to correct it. I had such a good experience on my May 2025 exam. Reception and the tech were professional and friendly, and Amber (who I believe is a Nurse Practitioner) was amazing. I have been seeing her for years and she is consistently excellent. She is incredibly patient, friendly, and always listens to me. Amber is also incredibly knowledgeable. She knows I prefer natural methods when possible and she always listens and is very supportive. And best of all, she has a very calming presence.
No bedside manners made my granddaughter cry ,won't be going to him.
