"I am so grateful for Dr. and staff's expertise. They were incredibly skilled and efficient and the positive. Always doing there best to take the time to take the best care. Highly recommend.
I waited over an hour to be seen and ended up leaving since no doctor ever came. While I was waiting, I was left alone in the treatment room with the computer left logged in — showing private patient information including names, check-in times, and reasons for visits. That’s a serious HIPAA violation and completely unacceptable. When I told the front desk I was leaving, they simply said “okay, I cancelled it for you,” with no apology or concern.
