Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership ever. We made an appointment for our Jeep to get some warranty work. We showed up for the appointment and we’re told they will get to it within 48 hours. What is the appointment even for. We did not hear anything for a week. Would have brought it. They were going to raise my note. I got my wife and walked out.
Did my friend really dirty with his Jeep Gladiator. Dude took it in for an oil change and ended up not having a car for 2 months. Sounds bad right? No it’s worse. They had promised to pay for a rental multiple times and ended up not living up to their word. Thousands of dollars in unpaid rental fees. This could impact my friends credit score. Not one to leave reviews, but as someone who knows what good business is I can tell you this ain’t it!
I will never bring my truck back here because of there service department and the lack of communication that I received their. Not only did they brake something on my truck that was not broken when I brought it to them, they held onto it for over 2 months to get it fixed because it was on back order. when the part arrived the service adviser let me know it arrived via text message, then took him six day to reply back to me with me texting him multiple times asking if I would be able to come get my truck.
