Not worth it. First I bought a truck here with a 1 month warranty, then a week later, check engine light turned on. I was told on the phone that my truck would be at the shop 3-5 days before I dropped it off. 5th day in the shop, it’s still sitting in the parking lot with no progress. The worst customer service ever! I wish I could give ZERO STARS! If you want to spend the next 6 MONTHS being EXTREMELY frustrated, take your vehicle to this "service" center. We purchased a vehicle from this company in Nov 2025. It is now MAY 2026 and the things that needed fixed when we purchased the vehicle were just completed. Service Manager Nick Naquin is excellent! I brought my 2021 Ram 1500 with engine light on for service. From courteous arrival, to communication through the process by text and email, to concierge drop off home and back to dealer by Glen, to delivery -top notch service! Nick kept updating me on what the technicians did and found. Turned out to be an air dam issue, which was solved and I also had them replace my battery with original Mopar for peace of mind. These people are out of theyre mind the whole dealership is. Bought a new 56k Ram truck and may and having issues and they want me to pay hem a $300 deposit for a rental and enterprise wants a deposit too. Autonation never did that to me and I didnt even buy my Cherokee from them. Definetly will never return for any sort of buisness here after this is all said and done. They treat you like garbage after you buy a new vehicle from them.
