Update. I've found more missing from my truck and I haven't even had a mechanic look at it. Under the driver seat there should be covers over the boxes and controls that are there. They stole them when they had it for a week. So now the components under there are just exposed. Also, my ball hitch is missing which is secured normally with a key thats on the key ring they had for the week. Disgusting! Not only did they damage my property, they stole from me as well. You think a dealership would have their act together? They kept my Jeep for over 4 months. Service was horrible. Their methods. Unbelievable. Won't even take a vehicle there for an oil change. Beware And when I finally went to go pick it up they left valve cover bolts. Loosened parts were not put back. They were in the backseat the most disappointing experience from a dealership I've ever had if they can't plug it into a computer, they don't have a clue
Horrible dealership.. They will lie to you just to make a sale they don’t honor any other warranties. I even paid a lot extra for the Apex third-party warranty that they offered so I could get rental cars when my car is in the shop getting fixed which they do not even honor that they’re just a bunch of liars. They just wanna take your money and not honor anything they say.
