Shaun was able to quickly diagnose the problem and find a solution. He even had it fixed for me right then and there. I wish I had posted my experience sooner because it was exceptional. Tomball Collision provided a professional result when I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired. The staff was so friendly and helpful during the entire process with the insurance and rental car company. Anthony did an excellent job of explaining and updating me weekly as promised of the progress with my repair. I’ll say we got recommended from one of their tow truck drivers (can’t remember his name) he was very helpful especially because the car got towed from a different location and he waited for me during Houston traffic. I brought my car in for an estimate, Anthony met me a the door and after a few minutes on the computer, he found the part(s) need it and gave me a number that I was comfortable with. Set up a time to bring the car back and it was done in the amount of time I was told. Very friendly staff and clean place. I highly recommend Tomball Collison for your needs.
