The experience I endured with treatment from this practice was BELOW SUB STANDARD! Extremely horrible service in every way from poor ethics to insurance " issues" . Pettiet and two members of his staff were so rude and truly unprofessional .
Unfortunately, I didn't even get a chance to see the doctors. I scheduled my first appointment, gave my insurance information at the time of scheduling my appointment, and was told that this clinic took my insurance. I was not told that they don't bill under chiropractic care - they bill as a specialist. I got to my appointment, waited about 15 minutes past my appointment time, I was taken to the back to get my vitals, and only THEN did a member of the staff notify me that they didn't take my insurance and I would be respons... read more
