Would not recommend working with this agency. Having worked with several agencies in the past, I was appalled by the unprofessionalism our family experienced. We made a cash offer on a house listed by them which should have been smooth. They made mistakes in the contract resulting in us losing a week and having to reschedule contractors, the sellers agent (Derek Goff) was 20 minutes late for the closing, and our family's agent (Sarah Kennedy) did not show up for the final walk through. We purchased a house with Sarah Kennedy as the agent in April. She made careless errors and was not accountable for them. She was not an advocate for us as her clients and worked with the sellers agent in a way that I do not feel was ethical. It ended up being a disappointing experience. I would not recommend anyone to work with her or anyone else at Tomazin Goff in the future.
Sarah was absolutely fabulous to work with. She helped up with a quick, two week sale and was very responsive. She helped us get everything done on time and had great communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend anyone to work with her.
