TOMAX has been servicing my home in North Haven and our HOA for over 10 years. His experience with the community is extremely obvious and wonderful. He's extremely prompt and if he says he's going to do something he does it without issues. Regular service is fair and his pricing is extremely just. I will continue to recommend him to all my friends, family members and coworkers for many years to come! His HVAC knowledge is second to none!
Max and his staff were very professional when installing our mini-split AC unit. Tomax was referred to me by Samsung as a preferred dealer and they did an outstanding job in every respect. There were issues getting the units due to supply chain issues affecting everyone this year, but Max kept me informed and scheduled us promptly as soon as the equipment was available. They worked efficiently and made sure I knew how to operate and maintain the units. Thanks Max for a job well done!!
