Max and his staff were very professional when installing our mini-split AC unit. Tomax was referred to me by Samsung as a preferred dealer and they did an outstanding job in every respect. There were issues getting the units due to supply chain issues affecting everyone this year, but Max kept me informed and scheduled us promptly as soon as the equipment was available. They worked efficiently and made sure I knew how to operate and maintain the units. Thanks Max for a job well done!!
We bought our house in April of 2021, Tomax came out to check out our heating system, after inspecting the unit that came with the house, they noticed a handful of issues with how our system was plumbed and a few other things that weren’t up to code. We decided to switch over to natural gas and ditch the oil furnace we had. Tomax coordinated with the gas company for us and made the entire process painless.
