Food was so good!
Had early dinner here with wife. My wife said the clams were the best she's had in 30 yrs. And she's in the business 40. My baked ravioli was great. Here's the hitch, the staff though great, weren't knowledgeable on there products. Merlot pronounced Mer-lot as a sauce for a steak. My wife got a salad and they didn't carry any vinaigrette dressing exept balsamic, and didn't have redwine or plain vinegar in house. Unusual for Italian restaurant. I have to add they did take drinks off bill to fix the situation. We will go back.... read more
Complete waste of time and zero customer service! I experienced a severe lack of professionalism and utter disrespect this afternoon. When I arrived to pick up my order, the young woman at the counter didn't even check the system; she was just folding pizza boxes and brushed me off by saying it would be ready in a few minutes. After waiting 20 minutes while watching every other pizza come out of the oven and get handed to other customers, I knew something was wrong.
