Very rude. Called to ask questions. Got told they are not doing work and hung up.
Terrible phone customer service. They answered the phone by saying "hello" and I had to confirm that I had called Tomasso Engineering and after I explained my need briefly I was told "We're not doing any work right now" and he hung up on me.
Mr. Tomasso is honest and capable. He helped us out of a pinch with a home sale recently and I will definitely use him again in the future for all my residential structural needs.
