These apartments the Tomason place A are infested with roaches I have lived in these apartments for over a decade now and they come for the past two years spraying for roaches having us pack up all our belongings in the apartments every three months like where moving out but they only come every three months and every one that knows about roaches knows you have to spray and do follow up sprays every two to 4 weeks depending on the infestation level they put a note on our doors saying the building has had roaches for the past... read more
They advertise that they have central air etc. But its run down and most of the apartments have not had their units fixed, they give them room a/c to use. So in essence you want your residents to use their electricity and run up their costs because you don't think they deserve to have the AC/Heat fixed? You can do better than that especially when you raise the rent 200.00 or more.
