Terrible customer service.
Chris Jr. was great and fit me in. He was kind and patient. I apparently even told him the wrong tire in my flusteredness. This most certainly cost him time. He was very gracious when he told me about it. I enjoyed reading on the boaradwalk while I waited I enjoyed the boardwalk overlooking the see. I was glad I called first. Although they were busy, he fit me in. The time he gave for the appointment and the time to complete it were right on point. In 30 minutes I was happily on my way -- one more happy customer.
