If I could give Tomas Rivera-Bonilla 0 stars I would. This provide and medical assistant is NEVER prepared with your testing results or follow up care information. They will request records after you leave their office to constantly get you to come in and collect a copay for follow-ups instead of giving you the results in one visit or over the phone. Twice in a row I went to see this doctor and was told I did not have an appointment. I don’t make up appointments. I put it in when they tell me this was not a good thing to happen to me.
I got post op orders to follow up with this guy 5 days after surgery. Spouse called office to schedule, office had no idea what she was talking about. Office said they would call back 24 hours. Two more calls placed to office trying to get an appointment and get authorization for a medicine that was ordered. No call back or still haven't gotten meds 6 day now
Excellent Dr. took his time, excellent personality and spent his time. I did not feel rushed or like another “number” in his patient list!
WARNING - bad doctor. He canceled my appointment and will not share the results from the heart monitor he made me wear and paid for - waste of HSA funds. Will not give me a call back to tell me the results. I will never go back to Banner. Have great insurance too.
