Had to take my partner in after he had severe burns, really lovely, friendly and compassionate staff. Was seen very promptly despite them being super busy.
Excellent emergency department. Upon arrival, the triage nurse was seen within 20 minutes and pain relief administered. Within 5 hours treatment was given and discharged. Staff were very nice and patient while many questions were asked. Compared to some city hospitals this was a very quick experience. I'm glad we went to this hospital instead of driving further to a larger hospital. A big thank you to Carol, Gail and Luke for assisting on the day.
Presented with a problem that was urgent to me. All staff very professional. Treated quickly. No one writes anything good about our hospitals Thanks again
