I’ve been living in the Bay Area for a number of years, and this is the first time I’ve needed to go to the Community Hospital. I can’t speak highly enough of the service and care that I received; from initial contact at Reception, right through to treatment. I was triaged, saw two Doctors, Carol and Linsey, had tests taken, and a follow up appointment made. Professional, first class healthcare from start to finish.

Went to the hospital last night, on the 4th of October. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a really efficient service. We are holidaying from Sydney so I was apprehensive about being away from a major hospital but the service and care I got was quicker and better than I would’ve received elsewhere. I didn’t get their names but a particular thank you to the doctor and nurse on duty last night.

I attended the emergency department for an urgent matter involving my father, who required assistance with translation. Despite this, the front reception staff refused to allow me in to help him, after insisting she rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude and let me in yet I observed her allowing others inside who were merely visiting friends in the emergency ward with no problem. Absolutely disgusting clinical care and management by TRIAGE ans emergency Nursing staff!!!! My son was sat out in the qaiting room for 2 hrs with a broken wrist, waiting for xray, Only for xray to then close and the TRIAGE NURSES (Who sat talking bs to each other this whole time) to turn to us and say we would have to come back tomorrow. When We arrived i asked them if he would be xrayed ans they said Yes. Lying, lazy and complete waste of TAX PAYERS money and resources.
